Every leader needs someone they don't have to lead.
The more senior you become, the fewer people you can be completely honest with.
Your team looks to you for answers. Your board and investors have their own stakes.
And the hardest decisions are rarely just business decisions — they're human ones.
I work with founders and executives navigating the human side of building ambitious companies.
Part coach, part confidant, part strategic advisor.
A place to say what you're actually thinking, see what you might be missing, and decide what to do next.

I've spent my career behind the scenes of leadership.
For more than a decade, I’ve led People inside venture-backed, high-growth companies, working closely with founders and executives through the moments that rarely make it into a board deck: the leadership problem no one wants to name, the executive who isn’t working out, the restructuring, the acquisition, the conflict that keeps resurfacing, the decision everyone knows needs to be made.
What I found most meaningful wasn’t building the programs or policies. It was the conversations underneath them - helping leaders see what was really going on, understand their own role in it, and decide what to do next.
That’s the work I wanted to do more of. So I became a coach.
My approach combines that lived operating experience with formal training. I trained in CTI’s Co-Active coaching and leadership model and hold a Master’s in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Leadership Development.
I’m not coming at leadership from the outside. I’ve spent my career inside ambitious companies, seeing what leadership actually looks like when the stakes are high, the answer isn’t obvious, and everyone is looking to you.
How I work
Honest conversations. Clearer thinking. Real movement.
I'm not here to give you a leadership playbook or spend months talking in circles. We start with what's actually happening - including the parts that may be uncomfortable to admit - understand what's getting in the way, and turn that clarity into action.
01
Get honest
What’s happening beneath the version you tell your team, your board, or yourself? We separate the real problem from the noise, politics, ego, fear, and assumptions around it.
02
See your part
How are you contributing to the problem? What are you avoiding? What keeps repeating? This is where we challenge your assumptions, surface blind spots, and get underneath why you’re stuck.
03
Do something about it
Make the decision. Have the conversation. Change the behavior. Try something different. We turn clarity into action — then pay attention to what happens and keep working from there.
